Peter T. Bauer

Peter T. Bauer has been a practicing attorney in the State of New York for the past twenty-four years. He graduated from The George Washington University Law School in June 1991 and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in March 1992. After graduating, he began his legal career as a staff attorney with the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and thereafter as an associate attorney for several years with the Garden City law firm of Cullen and Dykman, LLP. In those positions, he honed his legal skills and gained substantial experience in many areas of law including real estate, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and litigation. Mr. Bauer currently serves as General Counsel to Minuteman Press International, Inc., the world’s largest print, design and marketing franchise system with over 900 franchised locations worldwide.
Mr. Bauer established his private practice in 2000 and focuses his legal work on all aspects of real estate law. His practice areas include the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties, landlord/tenant matters, and foreclosure. In addition, he also provides legal services for small business clients.
